When transferring money from a foreign account you NEED to make sure to write YOUR NAME AND APARTMENT NUMBER, otherwise it is impossible for us to place the money and know who’s paid their rent!

Gebyr / fee
Vi oplever at nogle betaler husleje gennem en udenlandsk konto. Det betyder at vi skal betale et gebyr på 50 kroner, for at modtage pengene. Derfor betaler I jo ikke den rigtige husleje, fordi det ikke er okay at vi skal betale dem.
Hvis I gør det, vil vi sætte pris på I selv justerer beløbet op med 50 kroner, men samtidig vil vi informere om, at vi samler de gebyrer og trækker dem fra jeres depositum, når I flytter, medmindre I kommer og betaler dem hos os.

We experience that some pay rent through a foreign account. This means that we have to pay a fee of 50 kroner to receive the money. That’s why you do not pay the right rent, because it is not okay for us to pay them.
